Altered Tenancies (during the course of a tenancy)

There will be a charge of £50 for making changes to the terms of the tenancy. For example, adding a new tenant to the tenancy or allowing a pet. However, this exception does not apply to renewals or changes to the length of the tenancy.

Lost Keys                        

In a situation where for any reason Aubrey Lee & Co do not hold spare keys and a copy cannot be created you will be charged for the cost of a replacement lock.

Late Rent

You will be charged fees for rent payments that are over 2 weeks late. The fees will be 3% plus the Bank of England base interest rate.
